Administrator level
The administrator has the autonomy to transfer ongoing service sessions of agents through the service panel.
In Services > Service history > Agents, the agents' panel is displayed.

On the right side of the service panel, the icon opens the selection screen for transfer.
The screen is displayed as follows:
All fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Service sessions:
When selecting the sessions field, a list of all sessions that are in progress with the attendant will appear, providing the option to select more than one session to be transferred.
Department:
In this field you must select the department to which these sessions will be transferred.
After selecting the department, the Users option becomes available to select which user in the selected department will receive the sessions.
Reason: In the reason field a reason must be selected -mandatory- for which the selected services are being transferred (these reasons are created in Settings > Reasons for service (only administrators have this access)).
In the process confirmation field the word PROCEED must be typed (in uppercase letters) as a way to ensure that the user is aware of the transfer.
