Setting up Facebook in Hablla is a simple and effective process that will allow your company to connect with customers quickly and professionally. To make it easier to understand, we divided the process into 4 main steps:
First step - Connection in Hablla
Second step - Connection in Meta
Third step - Page connection
Fourth step - Activating the account
First step - Connection in Hablla
To connect Facebook to Hablla, you need an Administrator access in Hablla and a Facebook account.
Once logged into your account, access the Studio. In the upper right corner of the screen, next to the initial of your name, you will find the Settings (gear) icon. Click it to open the settings menu.
On the left side of the screen in the Settings menu, locate the Connections and Integrations.
On that same screen you will find the Facebook integration, just click the +Add on the Facebook.
You will be directed to the Facebook configuration screen within Hablla. To proceed, click Start.
Select the support sector you want, according to the desired area, and then click the Ok.
Click on Connect the Messenger.
Second step - Connection in Meta
1. A new pop-up tab from the Facebook will appear on your screen. Just log in with your credentials and continue.
2. Next, select the desired profile and click Continue as [your username].
3. Select the desired profile and click Continue.
4. If you do not have an existing page, you will need to create a new one. After creating and selecting the page you want to connect, click Continue to proceed.
5. Select the desired page and click Continue.
6. If you have not connected an Instagram account, connect your Instagram account to BM. If you already have, skip to step 14.
7. How to connect Instagram: Access https://business.facebook.com/ with your account and go to Settings.
8. Once in settings, click Instagram Accounts.
9. Then, a text will appear informing that there is no Instagram account connected. Click +Add. Which will open a pop-up.
10. Proceed to Claim Instagram account
11. You will then be directed to sign into your Instagram account.
12. When you sign into the account, the following message will appear, saying your account has been added. Click Finish to continue.
13. Go back to the Facebook connection and press Refresh. The Instagram account that was added should appear as an option now.
14. Select the Instagram account you want to add and click Continue.
15. Check the data and give a name to your page's event data set. Then press Create.
16. Now, confirm again your page and Instagram account that Hablla will be connecting to and press Continue.
17 - Finally, check which permissions Hablla will have with this connection and click Save.
18 - Your company has been successfully connected to Hablla via Facebook, press Got it to continue.
Third step: Page connection
1 - Returning to the Studio, when the Facebook connection is completed, Hablla will ask which page you want to connect. Select the page and click Ok.
2 - Your Facebook page has been successfully connected to Hablla!
3 - If you return to settings and to connections and integrations, you will see that the Facebook icon now appears colored, indicating that a connection exists.
4 - This connection will appear in the Facebook tab and can be accessed to check data and reports.
Fourth step - Activating the account
With the connection made, we now need to activate this connection. Send a message in the messenger of the Facebook page that was connected to Hablla.
Access the App.hablla. There a new conversation will appear:
Open the conversation and send a reply.
Return to the Studio.hablla, in connections and integrations, and check if the icon for your Facebook page is now active.
Success! Your Facebook connection within Hablla is active and working. You can now use it to receive support requests and create automation flows.
