# Instagram

Setting up Instagram on Hablla is a simple and effective process that will allow your company to connect with customers quickly and professionally. To make it easier to understand, we divided the process into three main steps: 

* First step - Connection in Hablla
* Second step - Connection in Meta 
* Third step - Page connection

**First step - Hablla Connection**

To connect Instagram to Hablla, you need an **Administrator access** in Hablla and a **Instagram account**.

1. Once logged into your account, access the [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). In the upper right corner of the screen, next to the initial of your name, you will find the **Settings** (gear) icon. Click it to open the settings menu.

2. On the left side of the screen in the Settings menu, locate the **Connections and Integrations**.

3. On that same screen you will find the Instagram integration, just click on  **+Add** on the **Instagram**.

4. You will be directed to the Instagram configuration screen within Hablla. To proceed, click on **Start**.

5. Select the support sector you want, according to the desired area, and then click the **Ok**.&#x20;

6. Click on **Connect the Messenger.**

**Second step - Connection with Facebook**

1\. A new pop-up tab from the **Facebook** will appear on your screen. Just log in with your credentials and continue.

2\. Next, select the desired profile and click **Continue as \[your username]**.<br>

3\. Select the desired profile and click **Continue.**&#x20;

4\. If you don't have pages, you will need to create a new page. After creating and selecting the page you want to connect, click on **Continue**.

5\. Select the desired page and click **Continue.** <br>

6\. Connect Instagram: if you already have one, skip to step **14**.<br>

7. How to connect Instagram: Access [https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) with your account and go to **Settings.**

8. Once in settings, click on **Instagram Accounts.**

9. Next, a message will appear stating that there is no Instagram account connected. Click on **+Add**. Which will open a pop-up.

10. Proceed to **Claim Instagram account**

11. You will then be directed to log into your Instagram account.

12. When logging into the account, the following message will appear, stating that your account has been added. Click on **Finish** to continue.

13. Return to the connection with Facebook and press **Refresh.** The Instagram account that was added should appear as an option now.

14. Select the Instagram account you want to add and click on **Continue**.

15. Check the data and give a name to your page's event data set. Then press **Create**.

16. Now, confirm again your page and Instagram account that Hablla will be connecting to and press **Continue**.

17. Finally, check what permissions Hablla will have with this connection and click on **Save**.

18. Your company was connected to Hablla by **Instagram** successfully, press **Got it** to continue.

**Third step - Page connection**

1. Back in the Studio, when the connection with Facebook is completed, Hablla will ask which page you want to connect. Select the page and click on **Ok**.

2. Your Instagram page has been successfully connected to Hablla!
