# Instagram

Setting up Instagram on Hablla is a simple and effective process that will allow your company to connect with customers quickly and professionally. To make it easier to understand, we have divided the process into three main steps: 

* First stage - Connection in Hablla
* Second stage - Connection in Meta 
* Third stage - Page connection

**First step - Hablla connection**

To connect Instagram to Hablla, you need a **Administrator access** in Hablla and a **Instagram account**.

1. Once you are logged into your account, access the [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). In the top right corner of the screen, next to the initial of your name, you will find the **Settings** icon (gear). Click it to open the settings menu.

2. On the left side of the screen in the Settings menu, locate the section **Connections and Integrations**.

3. On that same screen, you will find the Instagram integration, just click on  **+Add** on the **Instagram**.

4. You will be directed to the Instagram setup screen inside Hablla. To continue, click on **Start**.

5. Select the service sector you want, according to the desired area, and then click the **OK**.&#x20;

6. Click **Connect Messenger.**

**Second step - Connection with Facebook**

1\. A new pop-up tab from **Facebook** will appear on your screen. Just log in with your credentials and move on.

2\. Next, select the desired profile and click **Continue as \[your username]**.<br>

3\. Select the desired profile and click **Continue.**&#x20;

4\. If you do not have any pages, you will need to create a new page. After creating and selecting the page you want to connect, click on **Continue**.

5\. Select the desired page and click **Continue.** <br>

6\. Connect Instagram: if you already have it, skip to step **14**.<br>

7. How to connect Instagram: Access [https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) with your account and go to **Settings.**

8. Once in settings, click on **Instagram Accounts.**

9. Then, a message will appear informing you that there is no Instagram account connected. Click on **+Add**. Which will open a pop-up.

10. Proceed to **Claim Instagram account**

11. You will then be directed to log into your Instagram account.

12. When you log into the account, the following message will appear, saying that your account has been added. Click on **Finish** to continue.

13. Go back to the Facebook connection and press **Refresh.** The Instagram account that was added should now appear as an option.

14. Select the Instagram account you want to add and click on **Continue**.

15. Check the data and give a name to the event data set for your page. Then press **Create**.

16. Now, confirm again your page and Instagram account that Hablla will be connecting and press **Continue**.

17. Finally, check what permissions Hablla will have with this connection and click on **Save**.

18. Your company was connected to Hablla through the **Instagram** successfully, press **Got it** to continue.

**Third stage - Page connection**

1. Back in Studio, when the connection with Facebook is completed, Hablla will ask which page you want to connect. Select the page and click on **OK**.

2. Your Instagram page was connected to Hablla successfully!
