Setting up Telephony in Hablla is a simple and effective process that will allow your company to connect with customers quickly and professionally. To make it easier to understand, we divided the process into four main steps:

  • First step - Create a test account on DirectCall

  • Second step - Create the credential inside Hablla Studio.

  • Third step - Create the connection

  • Fourth step: How to test

To connect a phone number for telephony in Hablla you will need to have an Administrator in Hablla.

First step: Create a test account on DirectCallarrow-up-right

1. Create an account on DirectCallarrow-up-right. With this account, you will be entitled to a free trial for 45 days or until the free minutes provided are used.

2. Important! You will receive an email with instructions to connect the SIP trunk. Follow the steps indicated in the email before proceeding.

⚠️ Attention: When completing the contracting with the partner DirectCall, it is necessary to send an email to [email protected] requesting account activation or, proceed to the next step.

Second step: Create the credential inside Hablla Studio.

  1. Already logged into your account, access the Studioarrow-up-right. In the upper right corner of the screen, next to the initial of your name, you will find the Settings (gear) icon. Click it to open the settings menu.

  1. On the left side of the screen in the Settings menu, locate the Credentials

  1. section. InCredentials , click on + New Credential

  1. to add a new one. Select the option

  1. Call credential. Fill in all fields. When finished, click

Save.

  1. Third step: Create the connection With the credential created, go to the left side of the screen and click on.

  1. Connections and Integrations Now, you will see all available connections within Hablla. Locate the Phone connection and click

  1. + Add. Fill in the fields with thename , theresponsible department , the credential created previously and choose whether you want tomake and receive calls . Finally, click.

  1. Save

Fourth step: How to test

  1. Done! Your new telephony number has been successfully configured. Accessarrow-up-right studio.hablla.com

  1. Make a call from an external number to the newly registered number and check if it rings in the app. Call an external number from inside thearrow-up-right app.hablla

and check if you can complete the call.
