Learn how to manage Tasks in Hablla. Create and organize activities, set deadlines, view in list or calendar, filter and export your data easily.

The functionality of Tasks in Hablla is your activity management hub. It was designed to help you and your team organize work, track pending items, and ensure no important activity is forgotten.

Manage your activities in a chronological list or view them on a calendar to plan your week, linking each task to contacts, organizations, and deals.


Viewing your Tasks

Hablla offers two main ways to view your tasks, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your workflow: the task list and the calendar.

List View

This is the main screen, which displays your tasks in chronological order, grouped by month. It is ideal for tracking what has been done and what is coming up.

For each task in the list, you can quickly see:

  • Title and Type: The name of the task and its category (e.g., Call, Meeting).

  • Status: The colored label that indicates progress (e.g., Pending, Completed).

  • Assignee and Creator: Who should execute it and who created the task.

  • Schedule: The time period set for execution.

  • Quick Actions: Buttons to start the task, view the checklist, add attachments and more.

At the top of the screen, you will find buttons to Search, apply Filters and + Add a new task.

Calendar View

For a more strategic view of your schedule, the Calendar view distributes your tasks across the days and times of the week. It's perfect for planning your availability and managing your time.

On this screen, you can:

  • Drag and drop tasks to reschedule them.

  • View other team members' schedules.

  • Apply filters to focus on tasks from a specific department or type.


Task Fields

When creating or editing a task, you can fill in several fields to ensure all necessary information is clear:

The fields Title, Description, Assignee and the Dates are required to ensure the task has all essential information for its execution.

  • Title: The name of the task.

  • Description: Details about what needs to be done.

  • Assignee: The team user who should perform the task.

  • Start Date and Due Date: The period for carrying out the task.

  • Type: The category of the task (Call, Email, Meeting, etc.).

  • Status: The current progress of the activity.

  • Links: To associate the task with other records in Hablla (People, Organizations, Cards).

  • Checklist: A list of subtasks that can be marked as completed.

  • Attachments: Allows adding files relevant to the task.


Filtering Tasks

To find specific activities, click the "Filters". A sidebar will open with various options to refine your search.

You can filter your tasks by:

  • Status

  • Start Date and End

  • User (Assignee)

  • Linked person

  • Organization person


Exporting Tasks

If you need a report or a list of tasks outside Hablla, you can export the data easily.

  1. In the left side menu, click "Export data".

  2. Fill out a Description for your file.

  3. Select the desired format: CSV, JSON or XLSX.

  4. Click "Export".
