The verification of the Meta Business Manager (BM) is an essential step to set up the Official WhatsApp on Hablla. Without a verified BM, it is not possible to enable and operate WhatsApp within the platform.

What is Meta Business Manager?

The Business Manager (BM) is Meta's (Facebook) business hub, where you manage assets such as:

• Ad accounts

• Facebook Pages

• Instagram business profiles

• WhatsApp Business accounts

Only with a verified BM can you enable the Official WhatsApp Business API used by Hablla.

Step-by-step to verify the BM

1. Access Business Manager

   • Go to business.facebook.com.

   • If you already have a BM, it will appear on the right panel, listing your accounts.

2. Check your BM status

   • Go to Settings > Security Center.

   • Check the Business Verification.

   • The system may show three possible statuses:

     • Not eligible for verification

     • Start verification

     • Verified

3. If not eligible for verification

   • Open a new tab and go to developers.facebook.com.

   • Log in with your Facebook profile.

   • Create a developer account if you don't have one yet.

   • After activating the developer account, return to the Business Manager: the option to start verification should appear.

4. Start the verification process

   • Click on Start verification.

   • You will need to provide your company's information:

     • Legal company name

     • CNPJ or official registration document

     • Full address

     • Valid business phone number

   Meta may send a validation code by phone or corporate email.

5. Wait for Meta's review

   • The review process may take a few days.

   • Once completed, the status will be updated to Verified.
