What is number health?
Number health is a set of indicators that shows:
Message limit currently allowed.
Volumes sent, broken down by category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication).
Quality of the number over the last 30 days (High, Medium, or Low).
This information helps understand how the number is being used and what adjustments can be made to maintain a good reputation.
Step-by-step to check number health
1. Open Meta Business Suite
Go to business.facebook.com. In the side menu, scroll to the bottom and click Settings.
2. Go to WhatsApp Accounts
Inside Settings, in the Accountssection, click WhatsApp Accounts.

3. Select the account and open the Manager
Choose the desired WhatsApp account (WABA). In the lower right corner, click WhatsApp Manager.

4. Access Number Insights
In the Manager, select the phone number in the side panel and click Insights. Here you can already see the current message limit for the number.

5. Analyze delivery Insights
Scroll the page to view:
Message volumes by category.
Billing estimates.

6. Check Quality
At the bottom of the page, see the Quality chart (High, Medium, or Low). This is the main indicator of the number's health.
