# Etiquetas

### ✅ Como criar uma etiqueta

1. Acesse o menu **Configurações**.
2. Clique em **Etiquetas**.
3. Selecione a opção **Nova etiqueta**.
4. Preencha as informações da etiqueta:
   * **Nome:** Informe o nome que identificará a etiqueta.
   * **Cor:** Escolha uma cor para facilitar a visualização (opcional, caso disponível).
5. Clique em **Salvar**.

Pronto! A etiqueta estará disponível para utilização nos atendimentos e demais funcionalidades que utilizam etiquetas.

### ✏️ Como editar uma etiqueta

1. Acesse **Configurações > Etiquetas**.
2. Localize a etiqueta desejada.
3. Clique na etiqueta.
4. Realize as alterações necessárias.
5. Clique em **Salvar**.

### 🗑️ Como excluir uma etiqueta

1. Acesse **Configurações > Etiquetas**.
2. Localize a etiqueta que deseja remover.
3. Clique no icone de lixeira.

### 📌 Como adicionar uma etiqueta a um atendimento

1. Abra o atendimento desejado.
2. Localize o icone de informações do atendimento.
3. Clique em **Adicionar etiqueta**.
4. Selecione a etiqueta desejada.
5. A etiqueta será vinculada imediatamente ao atendimento.

> **Atenção:** Caso a etiqueta esteja sendo utilizada em atendimentos, fluxos ou outras configurações, a exclusão pode impactar esses registros.
