# E-mail

Para realizar essa configuração, vamos dividi-la em duas partes: primeiro, faremos a conexão do seu endereço de e-mail na plataforma Hablla, e em seguida, ajustaremos as entradas de DNS no servidor de domínio da sua empresa.

Antes de começar, é importante que você tenha um perfil de Administrador no Hablla e acesso ao servidor do domínio de e-mail da sua empresa. Não esqueça de criar também **um** [**Setor**](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aq2mB02UO2RsT9YMalaXGEMrEV-RN1V2AtvNfseUw0M/edit?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) **no Hablla** criar um setor no Hablla é fundamental para organizar e categorizar as interações da sua empresa com os clientes.

### Primeira Parte - Conexão no Hablla: <a href="#h-primeira-parte-conexao-no-hablla" id="h-primeira-parte-conexao-no-hablla"></a>

1. Já conectado em sua conta, acesse o [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). No canto superior direito da tela, ao lado da inicial do seu nome, você encontrará o ícone de **Configurações** (engrenagem). Clique nele para abrir o menu de configurações.

2. No lado esquerdo da tela no menu das Configurações, localize a seção **Conexões e Integrações**.

3. Nessa mesma tela você vai encontrar a integração de E-mail, basta clicar no  **+Adicionar** no ícone do **E-mail**.

4. Você será direcionado para a tela de configuração do E-mail dentro do Hablla. Para seguir, clique em **Iniciar**.

5. Preencha o campo com o nome que deseja identificar essa conexão.\

6. Selecione o setor de atendimento que deseja, de acordo com a área desejada, e em seguida clique no botão **Ok**. Por exemplo, se você é do setor Comercial, clique nesta opção. Se ela não existir, crie o setor no Hablla, antes de iniciar o procedimento de integração.<br>

7. No campo domínio, insira o endereço principal do seu site (exemplo: meudominio.com.br)<br>

8. Se desejar que os e-mails sejam armazenados no mesmo atendimento, selecione **Sim** e em seguida clique em **Ok**.

9. A primeira etapa da conexão com o e-mail foi concluída com sucesso. Agora, vamos para a segunda parte da configuração: ajustar as entradas DNS no seu servidor de domínio.

### **Por que validar o meu domínio?** <a href="#h-por-que-validar-o-meu-dominio" id="h-por-que-validar-o-meu-dominio"></a>

A autenticação de domínio é essencial para que o Hablla possa enviar e-mails em nome do seu domínio, garantindo sua legitimidade perante os provedores de e-mail. Para configurar, é necessário ajustar as entradas DNS no painel do seu provedor de domínio ou hospedagem. Isso aumenta as chances de suas mensagens chegarem à caixa de entrada, fortalecendo a reputação da empresa e reduzindo o risco de que os e-mails sejam marcados como spam.

### **Segunda Parte - Ajuste das Entradas DNS no Servidor** <a href="#h-segunda-parte-ajuste-das-entradas-dns-no-servidor" id="h-segunda-parte-ajuste-das-entradas-dns-no-servidor"></a>

1. Clique em **Iniciar** para continuar.

2. Você precisará fazer login no seu serviço de DNS. Abra uma nova aba no navegador e acesse o painel do seu provedor de hospedagem. 3. Após fazer o login, você precisará localizar e editar a **Zona de DNS**. Essa seção pode ser encontrada sob diferentes nomenclaturas, dependendo do seu provedor de hospedagem. Procure por termos como **Editar DNS**, **Meus Domínios**, **Gerenciamento da Conta** ou **Configurações Avançadas**.

Uma vez na seção correta, você poderá acessar as configurações necessárias para realizar as alterações nas entradas de DNS.

4. Ao localizar a zona de DNS, você precisará criar uma nova entrada, seguindo as instruções da tabela abaixo:

* Caso você veja o campo “TTL”, digite 3600 segundos (uma hora);
* O servidor pode utilizar outros nomes para os campos a serem preenchidos como: "Nome", "Host", "Entrada", "Valor" ou "Alias". Você pode inserir o código da mesma forma;
