# Instagram

Configurar Instagram en Hablla es un proceso sencillo y eficaz que permitirá a su empresa conectarse con los clientes de forma ágil y profesional. Para facilitar su comprensión, dividimos el proceso en tres etapas principales: 

* Primera etapa- Conexión en Hablla
* Segunda etapa- Conexión en Meta 
* Tercera etapa- Conexión de página

**Primera etapa- Conexión Hablla**

Para conectar Instagram a Hablla, necesita una **acceso de Administrador** en Hablla y una **cuenta en Instagram**.

1. Ya conectado en su cuenta, acceda al [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). En la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla, junto a la inicial de su nombre, encontrará el ícono de **Configuraciones** (engranaje). Haga clic en él para abrir el menú de configuraciones.

2. En el lado izquierdo de la pantalla en el menú de Configuraciones, localice la sección **Conexiones e Integraciones**.

3. En esa misma pantalla encontrará la integración de Instagram, simplemente haga clic en  **+Agregar** en el ícono de **Instagram**.

4. Será dirigido a la pantalla de configuración de Instagram dentro de Hablla. Para continuar, haga clic en **Iniciar**.

5. Seleccione el sector de atención que desea, de acuerdo con el área deseada, y luego haga clic en el botón **Ok**.&#x20;

6. Haga clic en **Conectar el Messenger.**

**Segunda etapa- Conexión con Facebook**

1\. Se abrirá una nueva pestaña en formato de pop-up de **Facebook** aparecerá en su pantalla. Simplemente inicie sesión con sus credenciales y continúe.

3\. Seleccione el perfil deseado y haga clic en **Continuar.**&#x20;

4\. Si no tiene páginas, necesitará crear una nueva página. Después de crear y seleccionar la página que desea conectar, haga clic en **Continuar**.

5\. Seleccione la página deseada y haga clic en **Continuar.** <br>

6\. Conectar Instagram: si ya la tiene, salte al paso **14**.<br>

7. Cómo conectar Instagram: Acceda a [https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) con su cuenta y vaya a **Configuraciones.**

8. Ya en configuraciones, haga clic en **Cuentas de Instagram.**

9. A continuación, aparecerá un texto indicando que no hay ninguna cuenta de Instagram conectada. Haga clic en **+Agregar**. Que abrirá un pop-up.

10. Proceda en **Reclamar cuenta de Instagram**

11. Entonces será dirigido a iniciar sesión en su cuenta de Instagram.

12. Al ingresar a la cuenta, aparecerá el siguiente mensaje, indicando que su cuenta fue añadida. Haga clic en **Finalizar** para continuar.

13. Regrese a la conexión con Facebook y presione **Actualizar.** La cuenta de Instagram que fue añadida debe aparecer como una opción ahora.

14. Seleccione la cuenta de Instagram que desea agregar y haga clic en **Continuar**.

15. Verifique los datos y dé un nombre al conjunto de datos de eventos de su página. A continuación, presione **Crear**.

16. Ahora, confirme nuevamente su página y la cuenta de Instagram a la que Hablla se conectará y presione **Continuar**.

17. Por último, verifique cuáles son los permisos que tendrá Hablla con esta conexión y haga clic en **Guardar**.

18. Su empresa fue conectada a Hablla por **Instagram** con éxito, presione **Entendido** para continuar.

**Tercera etapa- Conexión de página**

1. Regresando al Studio, cuando la conexión con Facebook esté completada, Hablla preguntará qué página desea conectar. Seleccione la página y haga clic en **Ok**.
