# Facebook

Configurar Facebook en Hablla es un proceso simple y eficaz que permitirá a tu empresa conectarse con los clientes de forma ágil y profesional. Para facilitar tu comprensión, dividimos el proceso en 4 etapas principales: 

* Primera etapa- Conexión en Hablla
* Segunda etapa- Conexión en Meta 
* Tercera etapa- Conexión de la página
* Cuarta etapa- Activación de la cuenta

### **Primera etapa - Conexión en Hablla** <a href="#h-primeira-etapa-conexao-no-hablla" id="h-primeira-etapa-conexao-no-hablla"></a>

Para conectar Facebook a Hablla, necesitas un **acceso de administrador** en Hablla y una **cuenta en Facebook**.

1. Una vez conectado a tu cuenta, accede al [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). En la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla, junto a la inicial de tu nombre, encontrarás el ícono de **Configuración** (engranaje). Haz clic en él para abrir el menú de configuración.

2. En el lado izquierdo de la pantalla, en el menú de Configuración, localiza la sección **Conexiones e integraciones**.

3. En esta misma pantalla encontrarás la integración de Facebook, solo haz clic en el  **+Agregar** en el ícono de **Facebook**.

4. Serás redirigido a la pantalla de configuración de Facebook dentro de Hablla. Para continuar, haz clic en **Iniciar**.

5. Selecciona el sector de atención que deseas, de acuerdo con el área deseada, y luego haz clic en el botón **Ok**.&#x20;

6. Haz clic en **Conectar Messenger.**

1\. Una nueva pestaña en formato pop-up de **Facebook** aparecerá en tu pantalla. Solo inicia sesión con tus credenciales y sigue adelante.

2\. A continuación, selecciona el perfil deseado y haz clic en **Continuar como \[tu nombre de usuario]**.<br>

3\. Selecciona el perfil deseado y haz clic en **Continuar.**&#x20;

4\. Si no tienes una página existente, será necesario crear una nueva. Después de crear y seleccionar la página que deseas conectar, haz clic en **Continuar** para seguir.

5\. Selecciona la página deseada y haz clic en **Continuar.**

6\. Si no has conectado una cuenta de Instagram, conecta tu cuenta de Instagram a BM. Si ya la tienes, salta al paso **14**.<br>

7\. Cómo conectar Instagram: Accede a [https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) con tu cuenta y ve a **Configuración.**

8\. Ya en Configuración, haz clic en **Cuentas de Instagram.**

9\. A continuación, aparecerá un texto informando que no hay ninguna cuenta de Instagram conectada. Haz clic en **+Agregar**. Lo que abrirá un pop-up.

10\. Continúa en **Reclamar cuenta de Instagram**

11\. Entonces serás dirigido a iniciar sesión en tu cuenta de Instagram.

12\. Al iniciar sesión en la cuenta, aparecerá el siguiente mensaje, indicando que tu cuenta ha sido agregada. Haz clic en **Finalizar** para continuar.

13\. Vuelve a la conexión con Facebook y pulsa **Refresh.** La cuenta de Instagram que fue agregada debe aparecer ahora como una opción.

14\. Selecciona la cuenta de Instagram que deseas agregar y haz clic en **Continuar**.

15\. Verifica los datos y asigna un nombre al conjunto de datos de eventos de tu página. Luego, pulsa **Crear**.

16\. Ahora, confirma nuevamente tu página y cuenta de Instagram con las que Hablla se conectará y presiona **Continuar**.

17 - Por último, verifica cuáles son los permisos que Hablla tendrá con esta conexión y haz clic en **Guardar**.

1 - Volviendo a [Studio](https://studio.hablla.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044), cuando la conexión con Facebook se haya completado, Hablla te preguntará qué página deseas conectar. Selecciona la página y haz clic en **Ok**.

2 - ¡Tu página de Facebook fue conectada a Hablla con éxito!

3 - Si vuelves a configuración y conexiones e integraciones, verás que el ícono de Facebook ahora aparece en color, indicando que tienes una conexión.

4 - Esta conexión aparecerá en la pestaña de Facebook y puede accederse para revisar los datos e informes.

1. Con la conexión hecha, ahora necesitamos activarla. Envía un mensaje en el Messenger de la página de Facebook que fue conectada a Hablla.
2. Accede al [App.hablla](https://app.hablla.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). Allí aparecerá una nueva atención:

3. Accede a la atención y envía una respuesta.
