# Custom Permission

For users who do not have administrator access, in addition to the option to transfer their own ongoing service sessions, a permission can be customized to grant access to the Service Dashboard:

All fields with an asterisk (\*) are mandatory.<br>

Service sessions:&#x20;

When selecting the sessions field, a list of all sessions that are in progress with the attendant will appear, providing the option to select more than one session to be transferred.\ <br>

Department:

In this field you must select the department to which these sessions will be transferred.<br>

After selecting the department, the Users option becomes available to select which user in the selected department will receive the sessions.

Reason: In the reason field you must -mandatory- select a reason why the selected sessions are being transferred (these reasons are created in Settings > Reasons for service (only administrators have access to this)).

In the process confirmation field the word PROCEED must be typed (in uppercase letters) as a way to ensure that the user is aware of the transfer.
