# Mass Support Closure

#### Option available only to users with Administrator permission

In Attendances > Attendance history, there is the icon ![](https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXe7kq4WGgvS8Q_sIVNVTkfXQHoYB7MCosLJKD4bMxK3tZ2FvfmToQr35PTF1X0EznUjdhAiUIUizCEUC0UdE5Tx6PQsma9zvLPNvwePa5yuUrxNj4JLOC2L8Rm-4SUZITpLkd0H?key=J7adDEWOlkruv_EDAS1q4Q) where it is possible to finalize simultaneous attendances.

At first the button is unavailable for clicking because it is necessary to provide a filter by which the attendances will be finalized (it is mandatory to select a sector and a status, the other filters are customized)

\* more than one Attendance Status option can be selected to be finalized:

\* Sectors are done only one at a time

After selecting the filters, the button becomes available:

It is mandatory to select a reason for finalization and confirm by filling in the PROCEED field:

\* It is not possible to enable this functionality for users (even with customized permission)
