Word Censorship

The feature of Word Censorship allows you to define rules to automatically block the use of sensitive words, phrases, or terms in communications carried out by your team of users through Hablla.

When a message contains a term that is part of the censorship list, sending is blocked and the system immediately asks the user to correct the message content before proceeding.

The feature can be applied both to the messages sent by users and to the templates, helping maintain a communication standard and avoiding the use of inappropriate or unauthorized terms in your operation.

How to configure Word Censorship

1. Access the Workspace settings

Inside the Hablla Studio, click the gearicon, located in the upper-right corner of the screen. In the settings side menu, find and click the option Word Censorship.

2. Enable Word Censorship

At the top of the screen, enable the switch Enable censorship. This setting is responsible for enabling the feature in the workspace. After enabling it, you will be able to define which censorship rules will be used.

3. Use Hablla's censorship list

In the Settings, you will find the option Hablla Censorship.

By enabling this option, the platform starts using a default list with more than 1,000 sensitive words and terms, which will be automatically blocked without the need to register them individually.

4. (Optional) Add custom words

In addition to Hablla's default list, you can also define specific words or phrases that should not be used in your workspace communications.

In the Manage words:

• Type the word or phrase you want to censor.

• Click + Add word.

• Repeat the process to add other terms, if necessary.

The terms added will be displayed on the screen itself and will become part of the workspace censorship rules.

What happens when a word is censored?

When a user tries to send a message containing a word or phrase blocked by the censorship rules, Hablla will prevent the message from being sent.

The user must then correct or remove the censored content before making a new sending attempt.

You can use the Hablla Censorship to apply the default list of sensitive terms and, at the same time, add specific terms from your operation through the section Manage words.
