# Remove item from the checklist

This feature is useful for removing unnecessary tasks or completed items that no longer need to be on the checklist.

#### 🎯 **What does this operation do?**

This operation deletes a specific item from a checklist inside a card, enabling:

✅ Remove obsolete or irrelevant checklist items.\
✅ Clean checklists to maintain better task control.\
✅ Automate the deletion of items according to business rules.

### 📂 **How to Configure the "Remove Checklist Item" Operation**

#### 1️⃣ **Access the Component**

1. In **Hablla Studio**, open the automation flow where you want to remove a checklist item.
2. Add the **Cards**.
3. In **right side panel**, select the operation **"Remove Checklist Item"**.

#### 2️⃣ **Fill in the Required Fields**

🔹 **Workspace ID** → Identifier of the workspace where the card is located (Required).\
🔹 **Card ID** → Unique identifier of the card where the checklist is added (Required).\
🔹 **Checklist Item ID** → Identifier of the checklist item that will be removed (Required).

#### 3️⃣ **Save the Configuration**

After defining the required fields, click the button **"Save"** ✅.

Now, whenever this automation is triggered, the checklist item will be removed automatically.

📊 **Scenario**: Create a flow where, upon finishing a process, completed checklist items are automatically removed.

1️⃣ **Block 1** → Monitor changes in the card's status.\
