# Facebook

Configurer Facebook sur Hablla est un processus simple et efficace qui permettra à votre entreprise de se connecter avec les clients de manière rapide et professionnelle. Pour faciliter votre compréhension, nous avons divisé le processus en 4 étapes principales : 

* Première étape - Connexion sur Hablla
* Deuxième étape - Connexion sur Meta 
* Troisième étape - Connexion de page
* Quatrième étape - Activation du compte

### **Première étape - Connexion sur Hablla** <a href="#h-primeira-etapa-conexao-no-hablla" id="h-primeira-etapa-conexao-no-hablla"></a>

Pour connecter Facebook à Hablla, vous avez besoin d'un **accès Administrateur** sur Hablla et d'un **compte Facebook**.

1. Déjà connecté à votre compte, accédez au [**Studio**](https://studio.hablla.com/workspace/643d802021b6aa9234eb9797/marketing?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). Dans le coin supérieur droit de l'écran, à côté de l'initiale de votre nom, vous trouverez l'icône de **Paramètres** (engrenage). Cliquez dessus pour ouvrir le menu des paramètres.

2. Sur le côté gauche de l'écran, dans le menu des Paramètres, localisez la section **Connexions et Intégrations**.

3. Sur cette même écran vous trouverez l'intégration Facebook, il vous suffit de cliquer sur  **+Ajouter** sur l'icône du **Facebook**.

4. Vous serez dirigé vers l'écran de configuration de Facebook au sein de Hablla. Pour continuer, cliquez sur **Démarrer**.

5. Sélectionnez le secteur de service que vous souhaitez, en fonction de la zone désirée, puis cliquez sur le bouton **Ok**.&#x20;

6. Cliquez sur **Connecter le Messenger.**

1\. Un nouvel onglet au format pop-up de **Facebook** apparaîtra sur votre écran. Il vous suffit de vous connecter avec vos identifiants et de suivre la procédure.

2\. Ensuite, sélectionnez le profil souhaité et cliquez sur **Continuer en tant que \[votre nom d'utilisateur]**.<br>

3\. Sélectionnez le profil souhaité et cliquez sur **Continuer.**&#x20;

4\. Si vous n'avez pas de page existante, il sera nécessaire d'en créer une nouvelle. Après avoir créé et sélectionné la page que vous souhaitez connecter, cliquez sur **Continuer** pour continuer.

5\. Sélectionnez la page souhaitée et cliquez sur **Continuer.**

6\. Si vous n'avez pas connecté de compte Instagram, connectez votre compte Instagram à BM. Si vous l'avez déjà fait, passez à l'étape **14**.<br>

7\. Comment connecter Instagram : Accédez à [https://business.facebook.com/](https://business.facebook.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044) avec votre compte et allez dans **Paramètres.**

8\. Une fois dans les paramètres, cliquez sur **Comptes Instagram.**

9\. Ensuite, un texte indiquera qu'aucun compte Instagram n'est connecté. Cliquez sur **+Ajouter**. Ce qui ouvrira une fenêtre pop-up.

10\. Poursuivez en **Réclamer le compte Instagram**

11\. Vous serez alors dirigé pour vous connecter à votre compte Instagram.

12\. En vous connectant au compte, le message suivant apparaîtra, indiquant que votre compte a été ajouté. Cliquez sur **Terminé** pour continuer.

13\. Revenez à la connexion avec Facebook et appuyez sur **Actualiser.** Le compte Instagram ajouté devrait désormais apparaître comme une option.

14\. Sélectionnez le compte Instagram que vous souhaitez ajouter et cliquez sur **Continuer**.

15\. Vérifiez les données et donnez un nom à l'ensemble de données d'événements de votre page. Ensuite, appuyez sur **Créer**.

16\. Maintenant, confirmez à nouveau votre page et le compte Instagram auxquels Hablla va se connecter et appuyez sur **Continuer**.

17 - Enfin, vérifiez quelles seront les autorisations que Hablla aura avec cette connexion et cliquez sur **Enregistrer**.

1 - En revenant au [Studio](https://studio.hablla.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044), lorsque la connexion avec Facebook sera terminée, Hablla demandera quelle page vous souhaitez connecter. Sélectionnez la page et cliquez sur **Ok**.

2 - Votre page Facebook a été connectée à Hablla avec succès !

3 - Si vous retournez dans les paramètres puis dans connexions et intégrations, vous verrez que l'icône Facebook apparaît désormais en couleur, indiquant qu'une connexion existe.

4 - Cette connexion apparaîtra dans l'onglet Facebook et peut être consultée pour vérifier les données et rapports.

1. Avec la connexion effectuée, nous devons maintenant activer cette connexion. Envoyez un message sur le messenger de la page Facebook qui a été connectée à Hablla.
2. Accédez à [App.hablla](https://app.hablla.com/?fbp=fb.1.1753742035820.5658395625\&sck=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044\&external_id=730218fd-da2e-40d1-b6a8-b13deea06044). Là apparaîtra un nouveau ticket :

3. Accédez au ticket et envoyez une réponse.
